At Beamr, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Incorrect Product Sent

If we accidentally send the wrong product, we will take full responsibility.

This includes:

  • Arranging return shipping for the incorrect item
  • Covering all associated shipping costs
  • Sending the correct replacement product to you at no additional cost
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received the incorrect item.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

If approved, we will:

  • Arrange collection/return of the damaged product where applicable
  • Cover the return shipping costs
  • Send a replacement product at no extra charge

We reserve the right to inspect or request proof before approving a replacement.

4. Customer Ordered the Wrong Product

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, size, or variation, we are happy to assist with an exchange, provided the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Meets all return eligibility requirements

In this case:

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the correct replacement product
  • Any shipping fees for replacement items may apply unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if applicable)

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a damaged/faulty item.

7. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
