At Beamr, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
We do our best to package and drop off orders at the courier drop-off point within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that order processing times may occasionally vary during promotional periods, holidays, or high order volumes.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door through Aramex.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines will depend on your location and courier operations.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities & Urban Areas: 1–4 business days
- Outlying & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.
5. Delays
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Remote delivery locations
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control. However, we will gladly assist where possible if issues arise.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Beamr will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and item.
If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or free shipping campaigns.
